People love to reminisce about the good old days in sports and would love the opportunity to see some of their heroes play again. That happened this past weekend right here in Clarksville.
The 2nd Annual Bragging Rights Classic took place Saturday in the Northwest High School gymnasium and featured some great basketball, a DJ battle, alumni cheering squads, a halftime stroll and so much more. Local basketball fans had an opportunity to see some of their favorite players from the past play again in head to head battles against their former crosstown rivals.
The event was organized by former Northeast High and Austin Peay player, Drake Reed. He loves to give back to his community; money from the event helped pay for the Drake Reed summer basketball camps with some of the proceeds going to the Northwest High School basketball program.
