CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Clarksville Police Department will hold its inaugural run for COPS (Concerns of Police Survivors) Saturday, May 9.
COPS provides resources to help families deal with the loss of a loved one who was killed in the line of duty.
Registration for the 5k run/walk is $25 (including t-shirt) and $10 for kids 10 and under (does not include shirt).
Participants can register at eventbrite.com or until 8:45 a.m. on the day of the event. The race will begin at 9 a.m.
Those who pre-register can pick up packets at 7 a.m.
The race will start and finish on Commerce Street, with runners beginning at the Clarksville Police Department and ending near the Emergency Services Center.
