CLARKSVILLE, TN – Regions Bank on Wednesday announced veteran local banker Lorie Jackson has been elevated to serve as the company’s market executive for Clarksville and surrounding communities.
Originally beginning her Regions career in 2000 as a teller in Clarksville, she has advanced through branch management and Commercial Banking roles, and now leads Regions’ local Private Wealth Management services. She also spearheads Regions’ involvement in a number of Clarksville community organizations and efforts. As the new market executive, Jackson succeeds longtime Regions market executive Carolyn Pierce, who retired last year.
“I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Carolyn throughout my entire career. I’m deeply grateful for her guidance and mentorship. She has been an inspiration to us all. I’m incredibly honored to serve as market executive and committed to continue building upon her legacy of excellence. I’m excited about guiding our teams’ collaboration to meet our clients’ and community’s needs as a team,” Jackson said.
Jackson will report to Frank Schriner, senior vice president and Private Wealth Management Leader for Regions across Middle Tennessee. To Schriner, Jackson’s career is the quintessential American success story.
“Starting as a teller at 22 years old and to now be in this market-wide leadership position doesn’t happen without a tremendous amount of hard work,” Schriner said. “Lorie is one of the most driven, committed people I have ever been around. She is determined to make a real impact in the lives of her customers and colleagues. She is such a caring person and will not rest until the client is completely satisfied.”
