Rebecca Jane Long, age 77 of Big Sandy, passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, at Spring Meadows Healthcare. She was born on January 26, 1942, in Zanesville, OH to Paul and Rosemary Maass. She enjoyed writing poetry, crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Walton Long. She is survived by her daughter, Fern (Avie) Taylor; grandchildren: Autumn Camacho, Angela (Joe Johnson) Camacho, and Lindy Weyant; great-grandchildren: Alexis Smith, Terry West, Kacey Cummiskey, Liam McDowell, Oliver Johnson, Tegan Harman, and Luna Harman; and great-great-granddaughter, Lana Garito.
