Reba Jo Sparkman Boyd, age 79, of Clarksville, passed away Thursday September 10, 2015 at her residence.
Reba was born May 28, 1936 in Woodbury,TN to the late Leonard B. Sparkman and Sudie Elizabeth Turner Sparkman. She was also preceded in death by her brother, L.B. Sparkman; and three sisters, Willene Lane, Sue Hudgens, and Ann Powell.
Mrs. Boyd was a member of Hilldale Church of Christ and was retired from the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System.
Funeral service will be held Sunday September 13 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with Bro. Steve Kirby officiating. Entombment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday September 13 from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Reba is survived by her husband Morrell Boyd; daughter, Beth (Zachary) Jones of Brentwood; sister Ruth Walp of Nashville; and three grandchildren Jordan Jones, Grant Jones, and Turner Jones.
