CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Heavy rain forecast over the next five days raises the potential for flooding.

Ground saturation from recent rain and snow-melt has prompted the National Weather Service to issue a caution for possible flooding.

The first round of rain will hit tonight with totals of 1-2 inches expected.

Thursday and Friday another 2 to 3 inches is possible which could mean flash flooding.
