Rachel H. Dunn, age 79 of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2015 at Spring Meadows Healthcare.
Rachel was born on July 14, 1936 in Palmyra, TN to the late William Lloyd Hargrove and Estelle Green Hargrove. She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Eloise H. Sugg, Pat Callerstrom, and Rebecca Hargrove.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, August 21, 2015 at 11 a.m., at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Bill Graham officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2015 from 4-7 p.m., and Friday, August 21, 2015 from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Rachel was a member of First Baptist Church of Clarksville.
Rachel is survived by two sons, Jimmy (Terry) Dunn, Jr. and David (Tracey) Dunn of Clarksville, TN; daughter, Dana Dewberry of Clarksville, TN; sister, Anne Murphy of Clarksville, TN; five grandchildren, Tyler Luckey, Regan Luckey, Christopher Dewberry, Vianne Dunn, and James Dunn; and two step-grandchildren, Jessica Dewberry and Josh Dewberry.
Pallbearers will be Mark Warmath, Tad Ketch, Cody Baker, Tyler Luckey, Christopher Dewberry, and James Dunn. Honorary Pallbearers will be Mack Miles and Frank Davis.
