CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Clarksville police arrested two people while responding to a prowler call near Starlight Lounge (1304 Fort Campbell Blvd) early Monday.

On March 18 around 3 a.m. officers saw a man climbing a fence and shortly thereafter pointing a rifle toward the Starlight Lounge. As other officers approached with their emergency equipment activated, the man, later identified as 19-year-old Howard Williams, dropped the rifle and ran into the Starlight Lounge where he was located and taken into custody.
