CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Clarksville Academy hosted more than 100 students Saturday at APSU’s University Center for CA Prom 2023. This year’s theme: On the Red Carpet.

CA’s Danica Booth, chair of this year’s prom, announced the couples and individuals as they strolled down the red carpet during the Grand March. Parents and family members watched on as they took the stage and posed for pictures.

“This will be an evening of Hollywood glamour,” Booth said. “We have our movie premiere backdrop, and our red carpet entrance. Then, upstairs we have a DJ, and a photo-booth. I think everyone’s going to have a great time tonight.”

After the Grand March, it was time for the traditional dances, Mother-Son, then Father-Daughter. After the dances were completed, it was time for the students and their dates to head upstairs to the University Center Ballroom, where festivities continued into the night.

CA Head of Schools Jennifer Hinote said, “This has been a great year for CA, academically, athletically and socially. We are so proud of these students, particularly our seniors, who will be graduating in a few weeks. It’s great to be able to celebrate them once again.”
