ADAMS, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – PossumStock celebrated its 11th year this weekend, bringing two days of music and camping to the banks of the Red River. The annual grassroots festival, which began as a small gathering, has grown into a tradition that showcases local and regional talent.

This year’s lineup featured more than 40 performers spanning multiple genres, including Thelma & The Sleaze, Autumn Lies Buried, Future Crib, Joybomb, Xanthi Diamond, and Cody Parson & The Heavy Change. Alongside the music, attendees enjoyed food vendors and riverside camping.

For some, the festival was a first-time experience. Rebel Heat, a performer with the fire performance team, said the event lived up to its reputation. “It’s my first time at PossumStock, but I’ve been told so many great things about it.

“I will be back,” Heat said. “Everybody’s been so nice; it’s a great vibe.

Zach Williams, a vendor at the event, said it stood out for its atmosphere. “I love the vibes here. This is a great place with great people,” Williams said.

This year’s event was held at Red River Canoe Rental in Adams.
