Possible thunderstorms, damaging winds headed to Middle TN

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The development of severe thunderstorms is expected by the early afternoon hours Monday across Middle Tennessee, including Montgomery County.

Main concerns with any severe thunderstorms that do develop will be gusty, damaging winds.

Presently, it is expected that the time window for greatest potential for severe thunderstorm development will begin during the afternoon and extend through the evening.

New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
