Portion of Kraft St. closed to repair water main leak

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Clarksville Gas and Water has closed the eastbound lane of Kraft Street from Eighth Street to Frosty Morn Drive to repair a water main leak.

Water service is available; however, low water pressure will affect Kraft Street and the surrounding area throughout the repair.

Motorists should expect traffic delays and are advised to seek an alternate route during the work.

The repair should be completed by Wednesday afternoon.

500 feet of the outer eastbound lane of Dover Road between Parker Drive and High Point Road is also closed for natural gas main line maintenance.

The inside lane is open for through traffic and the other lane should be reopened by approximately 2:00 p.m.
