CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A Clarksville woman was arrested for reckless endangerment after allegedly causing a car crash when she discovered her husband with another woman.
According to an arrest warrant, 25-year-old Marissa Wright reported her husband missing, but then found him in the parking lot of a local business on April 12.
As she approached the vehicle she discovered another woman inside. Her husband fled by backing up and striking her parked vehicle. Wright then pursued him onto Peachers Mill Rd., sped past his vehicle, and purposely got in front of him and slammed on her brakes, causing a collision.
Wright then continued to try to follow her husband’s vehicle but lost him near Warfield Blvd.
Police attempted to contact Wright multiple times and secured a warrant for her arrest. She was arrested last week and charged with reckless endangerment. Her bond was set at $15,000.
