Police arrest three men after responding to robbery

Shots fired near Holiday Dr. at Exit 4

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Clarksville Police Department (CPD) responded to a robbery/shots fired call Sunday on Holiday Dr. near the Microtel and La Quinta hotels around 6 p.m.

According to Officer Natalie Hall with CPD, several streets were shut down at the time while K-9 units were called in to search for the suspects.

Police have not reported any injuries.

Vonzel Williams, Keshun Hester, and Darcell Wright were taken into custody to be interviewed. Williams was charged with reckless endangerment, Hester was charged with possession of stolen property, and Wright was charged with aggravated robbery, criminal impersonation, felony vandalism, and escape.
