CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Clarksville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the suspect in a recent burglary.
According to Officer Natalie Hall, the crime occurred Jan. 18 at 12:24 a.m. at Lasaters Coffee & Tea, 894 Hwy 76, Suite 101. Surveillance shows a male suspect driving what appears to be a black 2010-2013 Kia Forte. The vehicle pulls up to the business, and the suspect then retrieves a crowbar from his trunk and attempts to pry the back door open.

The suspect can also be seen trying to pry open the door of a neighboring business, Raja Hot Yoga.
After unsuccessfully attempting to open the doors, the suspect is then seen breaking the drive-thru window at Lasaters, where he took cash and a cash register.
It appears the suspect is wearing a white hoodie, blue jeans, and white shoes.
