CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Police Department is seeking help in locating a 15-year-old, runaway teenager who was last seen in North Clarksville
Paris Allen Black was last seen in the Jockey Drive area near Tiny Town Road on foot, and she was wearing brown shorts, according to a news release from Clarksville Police Lt. Charles Gill.
Black also has a the word “Paris” tattooed on her left arm in Disney style lettering, according to the news release.
There is a possibility that she is staying with friends in the Britton Springs and Ringgold Road area, the news release said.
