CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Clarksville police have issued a reminder to the public about recent IRS scams.
Several people have made calls to CPD about these types of phone scams.
A government entity or legitimate business will never ask you to conduct business through an untraceable wire transfer.
Citizens are also warned not to give personal information by phone.
