CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW.COM) Clarksvillenow.com Clarksville Police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing man. 19-year-0ld De’Andre Marquis Palmer has been missing since July 16 and was last seen in Clarksville and/or Oak Grove driving a red 2011 GMC Sierra Pickup Truck.
Palmer is an African American, 5’8″, 120-130 pounds with what’s described as an athletic build. He has brown hair, low- cut black hair and was last seen wearing a camouflage shirt/hoodie, blue jeans and cowboy boots.
