NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A Nashville man was arrested after he allegedly broke into a building and made coffee.
WKRN News 2 reports that in June, employees at H.U.G.G.S. on Dickerson Pike left for lunch and found misplaced ceiling tiles and a pot of coffee brewing when they came back.
The saw 48-year-old Steven Chance, who then left the building without speaking to anyone.
Employees also found ice cream wrappers after he left.
Chance was arrested this week and booked into the Metro jail on burglary charges. He has a lenghty criminal history in Nashville.
Employees recognized Chance because he had previously asked for help from the organization, which helps ex-offenders turn their lives around.
