CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Police Department has begun an investigation into the death of an infant who had been shot this past weekend.
On Sunday, Feb. 25 at around 12:13 p.m., officers responded to a residence on Citadel Drive after receiving a 911 call. When they arrived at the scene, the child had been pronounced deceased, according to CPD spokesperson Scott Beaubien.
With this being on-going investigation, CPD released no other information for the time being. Once the investigation is complete, however, it will be presented to the District Attorney’s Office.
