CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Clarksville police are conducting an investigation after four people were injured in a vehicle shooting Wednesday around 9 p.m. on Treeland Dr.

A witness told police he was inside his home when he heard what sounded like fireworks and looked out his front door. The witness said he saw a white Ford F-150 with a white car driving behind it. He told police he saw a flash come from the driver’s side of the Ford. After the gunshots stopped, the vehicles left the scene at a high rate of speed toward Trenton Rd.

When officers arrived they discovered four people at the scene had been wounded. Taylor Barger, 20, was on the ground near the house with two gunshot wounds in her leg and hip.

Donavon Smith, 27, had a gunshot wound on his upper leg.

A juvenile victim who was looking out his bedroom at the time of the shooting had been shot in the finger.

Lacey McIntire, 21, sustained a gunshot wound to her calf.

All four victims were transported to Gateway Medical Center for treatment.

The house and a car parked outside had bullets holes throughout, and 24 shell casings were found on Trenton Rd.

The case is still under investigation and police have not released any information regarding suspects.
