CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Clarksville Police have released the identity of the homicide victim in the Feb. 17 shooting on Manning Drive.
Decarlos Perkins, 20, was killed in the shooting, and his next of kin have been notified, according to a news release from CPD spokesperson Scott Beaubien.
Just before noon on Feb. 17, CPD received a call about a person being shot and lying on the ground in the area of Manning Drive and Wynwood Drive. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.
