Police ask for help locating man wanted for assaulting an officer, theft and evading arrest

The Montgomery County Sheriff's office is asking for the public's help locating Jacoryvis Osborne, who is wanted on several charges consisting of Aggravated Assault against a Law Enforcement Officer, Theft of Property and Felony Evading.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s office is asking for the public’s help locating Jacoryvis Osborne, who is wanted on several charges consisting of Aggravated Assault against a Law Enforcement Officer, Theft of Property and Felony Evading.

These charges are the result of an investigation led by Investigator Knotts, according to MCSO spokesman Bishop Delaney.

According to Delaney, in addition to the charges from MCSO, Osborne is a suspect in several vehicle thefts in the Guthrie, KY area, which are being investigated by Guthrie PD. Charges related to those incidents are pending at this time.

Osborne is known to frequent the Summit Heights and South Guthrie areas. Delaney says he is considered to be dangerous, potentially armed and may also be using fake names or aliases to avoid prosecution.
