CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Planters Bank recently held a ribbon cutting for the relocation of their mortgage office to its new site at 495 Dunlop Lane, just a few doors down from their Planters Bank branch on Dunlop Lane. Planters Bank was joined at the ribbon cutting by the Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce.
One of the highlights of the event was the donation of a large piece of artwork titled “Strings & Things” from local artist, Larry Martin. Martin is well-known for his signature style jazz and silhouette oil paintings.
“We’ve had this amazing work of art in storage for a couple of months just waiting for today. We are delighted to finally display it at our new mortgage office. We are so appreciative of Larry’s talent and his generosity and are proud to add this to our art collection,” said Planters Bank President and CEO Elizabeth McCoy.
