Vince Surra was a medic in the Air Force and, after retiring, he continued to work in the health care business for 20 years. He and his wife, Jenni, decided to change direction and opened Pizza Artista.
Pizza Artista is a Louisiana-based company born out of a passion to provide world-class food and hospitality. They focus on delighting the guest with fast and friendly service while serving traditional and Cajun-inspired pizzas.
