Phyllis L. Rhoads, age 72, of Clarksville, passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at AHC of Clarksville.
Phyllis was born on June 18, 1949 in Trenton, NJ to the late William Betz and Emma Mae Betz. She is survived by her husband, Barry J. Rhoads; son, James Levin, Jr; daughter, Margaret Zambelli; step-sons, Gregory Rhoads, Phillip Rhoads; step-daughters, Kimberly Rhoads, Cynthia Doyle; 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
