CLRKSVILLE, Tenn.- (CLARKSVILLENOW) The third annual Welcome Home Veterans parade took place in Downton Clarksville on Saturday, September 16, 2017.
The parade was originally created to honor Vietnam Veterans and now is a tribute to all American heroes.
