CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Although the flash flooding threat has ended, many locations are still dealing with high water from record rainfall.
In addition, many rivers and creeks are above flood stage and will remain there for several days. Flood Warnings continue for the Cumberland River at Clarksville and the Red River at Port Royal.
