CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The festival was rained out Saturday evening, but festival-goers still had fun throughout the day Saturday at the 2018 Riverfest celebration in Clarksville, especially during the Riverfest Regatta, a cardboard boat race. See the list of winners here.
