CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) The streets surrounding Austin Peay State University were filled Saturday as over 1,100 determined people turned out for a little R & R, no it wasn’t Rest & Relaxation, it was Raining & Running for the 40th Annual Queen City Road Race.
The event, which went on throughout the morning under a constant light rain, was presented by the City of Clarksville Parks & Recreation Department featuring 5K and one mile activities drawing both runners and walkers of all ages.
