CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – On Friday, January 5, members from the Predators Team Get Out And Learn (G.O.A.L) Program came to the Downtown Commons Outdoor Ice Skating Rink to teach children ages four to eight-years-old some hockey basics.
The Predators Team provided two free lessons at 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. on a first come first serve basis for children who signed up in the local area.
Parents also have the option to sign their children up for the free four-week G.O.A.L. course in Nashville where they can get introduced to the sport of hockey without the expense of purchasing equipment.
For more information about the Nashville Predators G.O.A.L. Program visit www.nhl.com/predators/community/youthhockey/goal-program. The outdoor skating rink closes January 15.
