Clarksville, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) The annual Flying High celebration of the arts took place on Saturday, June 1 at the Wilma Rudolph Event Center. Over 350 guests attended the fundraiser for the Customs House Museum and Cultural Center.

This year’s theme, centered around AMC’s hit show “Mad Men”, let guests take a step back into the 1960’s. This cocktail style event featured music from The Pink Cadillac, dancing, a cigar bar, and more at the event. The annual fundraiser included a live and silent auction of over 80 items.

This year’s signature artist was retired APSU professor Jim Diehr. Diehr created a one of a kind watercolor piece titled “Soon Gone”.
