CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Local photographer David Smith captured these aerial images of flooding at Liberty Park, which is currently closed due to flooding.
Several other parks are closed as well, including:
• Liberty Park, including Freedom Point and the BCycle Station, but excluding the Wilma Rudolph Event Center.
• Clarksville Marina.
• McGregor Park boat ramp and stages, including portions of the Riverwalk.
• Clarksville Greenway, southern portion extending from Pollard Road toward the water treatment plant.
• Trice Landing Park.
• Barbara Johnson Park.
• Coy Lacy Park.
• Dalewood Park.
A Flood Advisory has been issued for the Cumberland River at Clarksville and the area remains under a Flood Watch through Saturday night.
