CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) More than 150 runners took to Sango Road outside Sango United Methodist Church Saturday morning with the Clarksville Running Club (CRC) for the 14th Annual Wilma Rudolph Race.

The event featured a 5K and 10K run and each year proceeds from the race benefit a local nonprofit organization. This year the money will go to the Mike O’Hara Memorial Scholarship Fund. The CRC will award four $500 scholarships to local high school seniors who are runners entering college.

O’ Hara was was a member of the running club who passed away and was considered a great ambassador for the club and the running community.
