CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) Over 40 runners took to Madison Street Saturday evening for the Be the Match Full Moon 5K and Fun Run. The event was a fundraiser organized by Sango Pharmacy for the Be The Match Foundation. Be The Match is a nonprofit organization that delivers cures to blood cancer patients. It helps those suffering from threatening diseases like leukemia, lymphoma, or sickle cell anemia.
Every dollar donated to Be The Match helps more patients afford transplants, adds potential bone marrow donors to Be The Match Registry, and funds life-saving Rresearch. It was the second year for the run which was held at the new location of Sango Pharmacy at 2622 Madison St., Suite A.
