Phillip Wade Perigo died June 5, 2015 and was 46 years old. He was born January 4th 1969 in Clarksville Memorial Hospital and graduated from Montgomery Central High School in 1987. Phillip worked as a stock delivery driver for the Foreman Company for several years. He symbolized his dedication to serve Jehovah on July 11, 1992.
In October 1992 Phillip sustained a spinal cord injury that left him paralyzed. While this changed his life, it never changed his faith. He found comfort that the promises in the Bible pointed to a time when sickness and death would be done away with forever. Over the years he would relate that promise to any that he met.
Phillip was also a skilled mechanic and enjoyed helping people. His help on any mechanic issue was only a phone call away. He was loved by many people for his generosity and concern for others.
He is survived by his parents, Ardie and Patricia Perigo, his 3 brothers, Richard and Melissa Perigo, of Clarksville, James Perigo, of Charlotte and Lennie and Peggy Perigo, of Nashville, and his nieces Ayla and Chloe Perigo, and their mother Wanda Wall as well as Brooke Perigo….and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The memorial service was held Sunday, June 7 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
