Phillip (Phil) Michael Provo, 70, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Friday, September 12, 2014 at his residence.
Phil was born on April 5, 1944 in Clarksville, TN to the late Lester Provo and Grace Davenport Provo.
Memorial service will be at 3 p.m. on Sunday, September 14, 2014 at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Jason Allison officiating. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturday, September 13, 2014 and from 2 p.m. until the hour of service on Sunday, September 14, 2014 at the funeral home.
Phil was a retired real estate agent with Rubel, Halliburton, and Provo Real Estate. He was an appraiser, owner of Roscoe’s BBQ, Pic-A-Rib, and Hand’s Café. He was a member of Madison Street United Methodist Church.
Phil is survived by his wife, Judy Scholten Provo of Clarksville, TN; son, Mark (Amy) Provo of Clarksville, TN; daughter, Tracy Knight of Clarksville, TN; and five grandchildren, Phillip Knight, John Knight, Bailey Provo, Blake Provo, and Jackson Provo.
The family would like to thank the Clarksville Fire Department and Gary Perry, whose help allowed the family to keep Mr. Provo at home.
