CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle on Fort Campbell Boulevard Saturday night.

At about 10:36 p.m., the pedestrian was hit near 1970 Fort Campbell Blvd., in front of Sonic, according to Clarksville Police spokesman Officer Scott Beaubien. The pedestrian was being flown by LifeFlight helicopter to Nashville.

The southbound lanes of Fort Campbell Boulevard were shut down, and motorists were advised to find an alternate route until the roadway could be opened back up.
