Payton Isabelle Vautour, 27, loving mother and friend, passed away on Dec 27, 2021.
She was born on November 16, 1994 at Eglin Air Force Base, FL. She was raised in Gardner, MA until 2008 when her family moved to Clarksville, TN. She went to Clarksville High for one year. She later moved back to Gardner to finish high school. She played softball and ice hockey and participated in numerous clubs. She graduated in 2013 from Gardner High School. Payton loved to sew and do crafts with her son Abel. She was always making or baking something for someone.
Payton is survived by her son Abel William Brothers, her father Bill Vautour (Robyn) and mother Jennifer Wilkinson Whitlock. She also leaves her sisters, Madeleine Vautour, Tessa Whitlock, brother William Wilkinson, aunts Marti Wilkinson Croley, Angie Chabot (Tom) and uncle Louie Wilkinson(Jana), her niece Lily Mulligan, paternal grandparents Richard and Alice Vautour, maternal grandmothers Pamela Lindstrom Adamson and Elaine Purvis Wilkinson and her cousins: Ashlee, Tyler, Ryan, Lauren, McKinley, Riley and Owen.
She was preceded in death by her mother’s father, James Edward Wilkinson Jr. and her beloved other mother Mary Sauvageau.
She was also loved and will be greatly missed by her three best friends, Jill Sauvageau, Ashley Green, and Rebecca Burns.
There will be a Celebration of Life to honor her on January 27, 2022 at Grace Church of the Nazarene, 3135 Trenton Rd, Clarksville, TN @6:30pm
