Paul Lewis Smith, Jr., age 78 of Clarksville, passed away on June 22, 2021.
He was born on April 5, 1943 to Paul and Wanda Boswell Smith in Greencastle, Ind. Paul was a veteran of the United States Army and later became a truck driver. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and racing.
In addition to his parents, Paul is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Smith and two siblings. He is survived by his children, Billy (Sandra) Smith, Tammy (John) Moors, Stefanie (Shannon) Shaw and Amanda Smith; 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and five siblings.
A celebration of life service will be Monday, June 28 at 12 p.m. at Sykes Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. The family will receive friends Monday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service.
