Patricia Anne Ephlin Applegate, 80, of Clarksville, TN, died on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at her residence. She was born on October 31, 1932 in Reading, PA to the late William Ephlin and Margaret Hawkins Ephlin. She was also preceded in death by her husband, F.R. Applegate.
No services are planned.
Patricia owned her own ceramic business for 15 years. She was a psychiatric tech at Clarksville Memorial Hospital for 10 years. She loved cats and was very active with Dream Factory.
She is survived by her son, Robert K. Applegate of Panama; two daughters, Patricia D. Applegate of Clarksville, TN and Gail D. Whittaker (Russell) of Garland, TX; four grandchildren, Joshua Applegate, Autumn Applegate, Adrian Fraim, and Erik Fraim; and one great grandchild.
