On August 30, 2024, at 6:36 AM, “Patsy” as her father lovingly called her, passed peacefully in her sleep, slipping her earthly bonds, gaining her heavenly wings and joining the angels above. Patricia Ann Shoemaker, 82, was born on July 28, 1942, in Birmingham, AL to Arthur and Jane Goforth Patterson.
Patsy was a fiercely strong woman that accepted and met all the challenges of providing for her family. She was no stranger to hard work as she held down many different occupations over the years, working many long hours seven days a week. She instilled her strength, determination, and drive into all she loved, and exceeded more than any other matriarch before her. Her dedication and devotion were unparalleled, her beautiful life will be forever cherished in the lives of her family.
She is survived by her daughter, Roswtha AnnEstelle Bose of Clarksville, TN; sons, Christopher Frank Shoemaker and Michael Arthur Bose, both of Ashland City, TN; daughter-in-law, Loretta Towe Bose of Ashland City, TN; grandsons: Jon Ryan Scott (Maria) and Michael Chad Scott (Margaret), both of Clarksville TN, Blair Arthur Bose of Ashland City, TN, and Brady Taylor Bose of Santa Ana, CA; granddaughters, Tiffany Nicole Bose of Ashland City, TN and Ashley AnnEstelle Bose of Weaver, AL; great grandsons: Benjamin Scott, Alec Scott, Hudson Scott, and Mason Scott, all of Clarksville, TN; great granddaughters, Penelope Scott and Parker Scott, both of Clarksville TN.
Patsy will forever be in our hearts and missed for eternity.
