CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – 5 Star Media Group in Clarksville, Tennessee is looking for a part-time employee who can multi-task and work in several departments within a large media group.
The position is responsible for duties in the promotions and programming departments. The candidate will be assisting with the promotions department, maintaining station vehicles and office equipment, coordinating fulfillment of special events, and setting up off-site events.
The candidate will also assist the programming department, which may include running the board for live remotes and broadcasts, producing and preparing content for on-air, and hosting shows on some radio stations.
The candidate will have an opportunity to work with all the 5 Star Media radio stations and ClarksvilleNow.com.
The successful candidate should possess great communication skills, a positive attitude, and availability. You should have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines, be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings. Ideally, you should have at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
