Parks and Recreation Department is hosting Clarksville Amazing Race

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department is hosting the Clarksville Amazing Race on Nov. 7.

Teams of two will race through a designated route on foot, participating in obstacle courses, trivia, and other games centered on Clarksville landmarks.

Teams will also be deciphering clues to lead them to the next location on the Amazing Race route, which will be marked with Parks and Recreation brand colors. The race will be approximately five miles long, and prizes will be given to the first, second, and third placing teams.

The event starts at 9 a.m. in McGregor Park and Amphitheater at 640 N. Riverside Drive, and will wrap at 1 p.m. All ages are welcome to participate in the race.

Interested individuals can register for the Clarksville Amazing Race here until Oct. 26, and the cost to participate is $15 per person.
