James Lewis Rippy, age 79, of Big Rock, TN passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2020, at Signature Healthcare in Clarksville, TN.

Returning to the Dunn Center after a four-game road trip, Austin Peay State University women’s basketball forced Tennessee State to turn the ball over 30 times; while the Governors knocked down 11 three-pointers, rolling to an 18-point, 76-58 victory and their first Ohio Valley Conference win at home this season.

After a pair of road matches to start the spring season, Austin Peay State University men’s tennis will hit the road once more for a 6:30 p.m., Friday, match at Lipscomb before finally welcoming Chattanooga to the Governors Tennis Center for a 1 p.m., Saturday, home-opening match.

Two groups of APSU students and staff members took Alternative Break Trips to volunteer in other states.
