
In one month, Austin Peay State University’s beach volleyball team begins its fourth season as it prepares for the inaugural Ohio Valley Conference beach volleyball championship in a 26-match schedule released, Thursday.

It may not have been the biggest crowd Austin Peay State University women’s basketball has faced on the road this season, but it certainly was the loudest, as 3,100 students from the Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools were in attendance at the Gentry Center to watch the Governors rout Tennessee State, 87-55, Thursday.

After two weeks at home, Austin Peay State University women’s basketball will head back on the road for an in-state, Ohio Valley Conference battle at 11 a.m., Thursday, against Tennessee State at the Gentry Center in Nashville.

A Memorial Mass for 38-year-old Tiffany Enriquez will be held on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2020, in Clarksville.

With the spring tennis season underway, the Ohio Valley Conference has released its first set of weekly honors, with Austin Peay State University junior Fabienne Schmidt being named the OVC Women’s Tennis Player of the Week.
