The American Red Cross has opened a shelter to assist residents impacted by recent flooding and power outages in Clarksville. The shelter, located at the Clarksville Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1230 Northfield Drive, began offering support at 3 p.m. Sunday, providing a safe refuge for those in need.
