Roundabout construction to begin for closed Dunlop/Rollow Lane intersection

With Dunlop Lane already closed for ongoing flood mitigation work, the Montgomery County Highway Department is moving ahead on its plans to turn the Dunlop intersection with Rollow Lane and Dalton Smith Court into a roundabout.
