CLARKSVILLE, TN – Summer break, warm weather and pool season are right around the corner.
Clarksville Parks & Recreation will reopen all public swimming pools and splash pads on May 29, 2021. Each pool will return to full capacity but with new hours of operation to ensure proper staffing and safety. Pool admission is $3 for each time slot.
- New Providence pool hours will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3-7 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 1-6 p.m. Sunday.
- Swan Lake pool hours will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3-7 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday and 1-6 p.m. Sunday.
- Bel-Aire and Beachaven pools will be open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3-7 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
The city also operates four admission-free splash pads that are open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.

Swim lessons will be taught at all four city pools. The cost is $40 per session and available for pre-registration at ClarksvilleParksRec.com. Lessons are based on skill level and age, and each pool has classes at 9-9:45 a.m. and 7:15-8 p.m.
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, June 7-23 at New Providence and Swan Lake Pools.
- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, June 8-24 at Bel-Aire and Beachaven Pools.
In addition to the changes in operating hours, fitness programming will move to Bel-Aire pool. Lap swim will be available exclusively at New Providence pool.
Summer and year-round pool memberships are also available and can be purchased at the pools or online at ClarksvilleParksRec.com. Concessions are available for purchase onsite at each pool. Outside food or drinks are prohibited.
Lifeguard positions available
