Otmer (Bud) Richard Singer aged 94, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at his home at Walking Horse in Clarksville, TN.
Bud was born June 2, 1929, in Marietta, OH to the late Ott Singer and Grace Nunn. Bud was also preceded in death by his loving wife, Vernerdeine “Dee” Dick, son, Dr. Otmer Richard Singer Jr., and brother, Robert Singer.
Mr. Singer is survived by his son, Dr. Gary (Vicki) Singer, grandchildren, Janet, Gary Jr., Christian, Trey, Claire, Jason, Jackie, Nicole, Jessica, and Richard, and his caregiver of many years, Teresa Forrester.
Bud was a ten-year veteran of the Army and later worked in auto sales. He was also a member of First Baptist Church.
A memorial service will be held at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home on Monday, October 30, 2023, at 12:00 PM with Rev. Cal Hampton officiating. Viewing will be Monday, October 30, 2023, from 10:00 AM until the hour of service at the funeral home. His grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
